Nikon Walk About with the AF-S NIKKOR 14-24mm f/2.8G ED

So after only 4 days of using the AF-S NIKKOR 14-24mm f2.8G ED Lens this Jerk’s Short Review of this lens is

OH MY FUCKING GOD THIS IS SO MOTHERFUCKING SHARP!!!!

This opinion may be a bit biased after two to three years of dealing with chronic Canon softness, but my initial thoughts on this lens after using it for a 3 day wedding and nearly a 1/2 dozen other shoots is OH MY FUCKING GOD THIS IS SO MOTHERFUCKING SHARP!!!!

Now I know that these photos are not the best for judging lens sharpness but trust me having owned both versions of the Canon EF 16-35mm f/2.8L II USM (in fact I owned the mark two version twice) this lens makes that one seem like a completely ridiculous waste of money (which it was. in fact all three were) 

I also haven’t used this lens on a Non-DX (AKA FX) camera so I haven’t even really experienced the world of just how stupid freaking wide this lens really is. (With the 1.5x crop of the DX format it is really like a 21-36mm lens which is still really wide) and I also realize that the absence of the Low Pass filter on the Nikon D7100 will make things even sharper! But still OH MY FUCKING GOD THIS IS SO MOTHERFUCKING SHARP!!!!
